Got up at 8 this morning.
Cleaned.
The appraiser came.
I paid my bills.
Went to the post office.
Went to MBE.
Went to the gym.
Ran 1.25 miles.
Lifted weights.
Went food shopping.
I got a phone call asking me to attend callbacks for a community theater production of The Fantasticks.
Feeling damn good.

And I weigh 123 to boot!
